    Oneheart's impact can be seen in the lives of the individuals and families experiencing poverty, housing insecurity, and homelessness in Rapid City, South Dakota. By providing transitional housing and essential services at no cost, Oneheart is creating pathways out of poverty for those who desire to thrive. Since opening its doors in January 2021, Oneheart has welcomed over 450 people and served 269 individuals in 2022 alone.

    Through the comprehensive services offered on its transformation campus, including healthcare, mental health services, job skills training, addiction services, and more, Oneheart has facilitated positive outcomes for its program participants. In 2022, 40 individuals enrolled in GED programs, 21 enrolled in higher education, 16 families were reunited, and 28 individuals paid off or paid down debt. Additionally, 17 individuals opened new savings accounts, 8 successfully graduated from the program, and 24 individuals exited the program with success.

    Oneheart has provided over 30,000 "safe sleeps," served more than 9,600 well-balanced meals, and offered approximately 2,600 rides to support individuals in accessing work, school, and other life-rebuilding activities. Through its efforts, Oneheart is not only helping individuals achieve stability and self-sufficiency but also working towards changing the system of opportunity for those facing poverty and homelessness in the community.
