Happys Porch

Happys Porch, a dedicated animal welfare organization, worked tirelessly to care for a substantial number of animals during the fiscal year from August 1, 2019, to July 31, 2020. In this period, they extended their support to a total of 197 animals, making a significant difference in their lives. The intake of these animals came from various sources, including wills and trusts (12), owner surrenders (45), strays (50), and shelter pulls (90).

The spirit of compassion and care embodied by Happys Porch was reflected in their commitment to providing shelter and nurturing animals in need. They took in animals from wills and trusts, ensuring that the final wishes of their deceased owners were fulfilled, giving these animals a second chance at life. Owner surrenders, often animals given up due to circumstances beyond their control, also found refuge in this organization. Strays, animals who had been lost or abandoned, were another intake group that received critical care and attention from Happys Porch. Lastly, they rescued animals from shelters, providing them with the opportunity to live out their days in safety and comfort.

Happys Porch's mission was to save, rehabilitate, and ultimately find loving homes for these animals, offering them a chance to thrive and live out their lives to the fullest. Through their tireless work, they provided care and support to a diverse range of animals, touching the lives of countless creatures and making a lasting impact on their community.
