Trans Russia Missions Thigpen

Trans Russia Missions Thigpen is a humanitarian organization with a historical focus on aiding individuals in Russia. Following the full-scale invasion in February 2022, the organization's efforts shifted to Ukraine, directing all aid towards the crisis-stricken nation. Prior to this change, Trans Russia Missions Thigpen provided essential supplies, such as food, clothing, medicine, and various humanitarian services, to orphanages in and around Smolensk Oblast, Russia. They also established feeding centers for street children and poor families in the vicinity of Smolensk, Russia, and operated a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center for fathers of the street children in the area. This initiative aimed to reconstruct families that had been devastated by the prevalent issues in Russia.

Upon the shift to Ukraine in 2022, Trans Russia Missions Thigpen began delivering food, medical supplies, generators, and shelter to those affected by the ongoing war. The organization's donor support significantly increased in response to the invasion, demonstrating a surge in public empathy and a desire to aid those in need. Trans Russia Missions Thigpen's mission continues to be one of humanitarian aid, with a dedication to improving the lives of those impacted by conflict and poverty, regardless of their location.
