Alliance For Children

The Alliance for Children, as an organization, is committed to advocating, collaborating, and being financially responsible in order to support vital programs and policies that positively impact the quality of life of children from birth to age 5 and their families. The Alliance's mission is to make a significant difference in the lives of these young children and their families by actively promoting and implementing policies that enhance their overall well-being.

In pursuit of this mission, the Alliance for Children takes on various roles, including advocacy and collaboration. They advocate for policies that benefit children and their families, ensuring that their voices are heard in decision-making processes. Additionally, they collaborate with other organizations, stakeholders, and communities to ensure that these policies are effectively implemented and have a tangible impact on the lives of the children they serve.

From a fiscal perspective, the Alliance for Children is responsible in their financial management, ensuring that the resources they receive are utilized efficiently and effectively for the betterment of the children and families they support. This responsibility extends to their support of pre-kindergarten programs, where they assist parents in enrolling their 4-year-old children and provide necessary resources to 20 classrooms serving 307 children. They also focus on improving the quality of instruction for pre-k teachers through modeling, coaching, technical assistance, and professional development, supporting two teachers directly and providing training to 25 others.

By combining advocacy, collaboration, and financial responsibility, the Alliance for Children works tirelessly to create a brighter future for children from birth to age 5 and their families, ensuring that they have access to the resources, support, and policies they need to thrive.
