Operation Topcat

Operation Topcat is a volunteer organization dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of feral and abandoned cats. Based in Sneads Ferry, North Carolina, the group implements T/N/R (Trap-Neuter-Return) programs to humanely manage feral cat populations while improving the lives of individual cats.
