The organization served 153 dislocated workers through its career counseling program.

Additionally, JFCS's Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) career services program serves parents with low incomes to move toward self-sufficiency through employment. JFCS provides personalized employment plans to help participants reach their employment goals. The organization worked with 578 people through its MFIP career services program.

Lastly, JFCS offers vocational rehabilitation services for individuals with disabilities, including mental illness and other physical and cognitive disabilities, seeking to improve their work lives or find employment. The program offers vocational evaluations, job placement, work adjustment training, and extended employment. JFCS served 77 people through its vocational rehabilitation program. Furthermore, the organization distributed 926 emergency financial assistance grants to 260 career services clients, totaling $214,862. These funds helped recipients cover expenses such as rent, utility bills, car repairs, medical bills, transportation costs, and food.
