Our innovative, girl-centered programming offers girls in grades K-12 experiences that allow her to take the lead and develop skills that ensure she will thrive. Badgerland Girl Scouts engage in activities designed to prepare her for a lifetime of success, including earning badges, exploring science, getting outdoors, running a business, and doing community service projects. With a membership covering 23 counties in Wisconsin and parts of Minnesota and Iowa, in the year 2022 alone, over 5,200 girls were mentored and supported by more than 3,400 volunteers.

Everything a Badgerland Girl Scout does centers around STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), the outdoors, development of life skills, and entrepreneurship. Our programs are progressive and designed to meet her where she is now and to grow along with her. These skill-building programs are delivered by caring adult mentors and strong female role models. Through the support of Badgerland, community volunteers run troop meetings and provide help as girls master skills and earn badges and Girl Scouts awards. In 2022, Badgerland Girl Scouts continued to learn resilience as the council introduced hybrid program delivery opportunities.
